Adelaide Based and full time mum turned artist. Growing up in Adelaide, Lena was always a creative individual and hobbyist. 

After having her first son in 2016, Lena started pivoting away from her black, white and occasional navy career in-front of a screen in the Aviation industry and started to explore a life of dreaming in colour and creativity. She started painting and finding joy through exploring colour on canvas. 

When you look at Lena's paintings, you feel everything first. Bold colours, soft gestures and the pulse of emotion. Her paintings charge forward with colour and intuition, immersed in abstract expressionism that refuses to be tidy. Lena's practise is mood-led. On restless days, greens and blues fill the surface and on frenetic days, vibrant pinks collide with muted neutrals, creating tension and life.  Lena's inspiration comes from feelings experienced in colours and the day to day of being a full time mum to young boys.
