Breathe Deep - This little mini makes me want to take a deep inhale and a long exhale. What a way to end 2021, just when we thought Covid was behind us, we find ourselves going on with our lives, still trying to do some living but also at the same time with fear of getting caught in it and not being able to see loved ones over the holiday breaks….. anyone else find this exhausting????
